Have you ever gotten close to a bird, only to have it just...fly away? Seems a little suspicious, doesn't it? The theory of whether birds are actually drones put out by the government to surveil its citizens have plagued people for decades. With bills like the Patriot Act in the U.S., some governments have been allowed to legally keep a watchful eye on their citizens. What do you think? Are governments too "chicken" to do such a thing?
